Ontario, CA
TAIT was contracted to provide civil engineering services for an economic revitalization of the Mag Instrument Inc. 30-acre headquarters site located in Ontario, CA. The effort included a new fully integrated manufacturing facility which created an additional 2,400 jobs.
El Segundo, CA
The DirecTV Campus in El Segundo, CA is a state of the art facility which features a number of plazas, courtyards, and even an outdoor Bocce Ball court. The office is home to 2,000 employees and is over 650,000 sq. ft. TAIT was the civil engineer for this major site improvement project which was a collaborative effort with Kilroy Realty Corporation.
Torrance, CA
The Del Amo Fashion Center is a two-level regional shopping mall in Torrance, CA. With over 200 stores, it is the largest mall in the South Bay. TAIT provided a variety of engineering and development services for Phase 1 of the project, as well as preliminary engineering design for a potential Phase 2 expansion.
Hollywood, CA
Located on the full city block just south of Sunset and Vine, Academy on Vine is a dynamic campus featuring a 23-story residential tower, three four-story creative office buildings, retail/restaurant space, a 40,000 sq. ft. market, and entertainment venues. The residential tower includes amenities such as a fitness center and swimming pools.
Monterey Park, CA
TAIT designed a sprawling new 41 acre retail development within the City of Monterey Park, anchored by Home Depot and Costco. The design included slope stabilization, retaining wall design, street improvement design, utility installation, overall site development, and over 400,000 cubic yards of dirt removal and re-grading for this extensive construction.
Newport Beach, CA
As part of the team for renovating the historic Lido Marina Village, TAIT provided all site, civil, and survey engineering for this DJM Capital Partners owned property in the coastal city of Newport Beach, CA. The development features a boutique style mix of retail, creative office, and restaurant space over-looking the harbor. The 116,000 square-foot complex was refinished to maintain the charm and local tastes of the community, while offering updated infrastructure, landscaping, and new tenants to revamp the retail and lifestyle landmark.
Downey, CA
The Promenade at Downey is set to become Downey’s new community gathering and tourism destination, featuring retail, dining, and entertainment with a one of a kind history. The mixed use development will feature an assortment of premiere retailers, with Wal-Mart anchoring Phase 1. TAIT is the civil engineer of record for the entire project, providing Project Management and Civil Engineering/Survey services from concept to completion.
Tustin, CA
TAIT was the Civil Engineering Consultant for the County’s Design-Build of the innovative 10 acre OC Animal Care Facility. The facility includes a 2-story 40,000 SF administration building with state of the art veterinary facilities, six dog kennels, special cat housing quarters, and a small corral. The project also includes eight storm water bio-filtration basins to treat storm water runoff from the site before it enters the public storm drain system.
Mission Viejo, CA
Mission Hospital is a hospital in South Orange County that is leading the way in providing patients with the most advanced diagnostic care and treatment in the world. TAIT provided civil engineering design for the 13 acre medical center that consists of a 5-story medical office building, and a 7-story parking structure.
