Featured Land Projects
Hollywood, CA
TAIT provided all site, civil and survey engineering for the Columbia Square complex in the heart of Hollywood. The development features a sleek new 20-story apartment tower. Taking over a historic site that used to be the radio and television studio home for CBS, the LEED Certified mixed use campus has 200 luxury residential units, as well as retail, creative office, studio and commercial office space.
Irvine, CA
TAIT was responsible for entitling the remodel of the 30,930 square foot multi-purpose Community Center on the Mariners Church Irvine Campus, which services over 23,000 customers a year. The 10,664 SF building expansion included a bigger resource center, additional office space and classrooms, reconfiguration of the auditorium for events, and an outdoor patio deck. In addition to providing entitlement services for the project, TAIT permitted all of the construction documents for the project that included architectural, civil, and shoring drawings. TAIT’s expertise in permit processing enabled the project to be constructed ahead of schedule.
Huntington Beach, CA
The up and coming luxury hotel called Pasea Hotel & Spa is set to be a dominant attraction for tourists to Huntington Beach’s ocean view by the pier. Prepared by TAIT’s expert civil engineering design services, it will offer eight stories totaling in 250 rooms, all with views of the shore break, community event lawn, ballroom and meeting room space, a spa, outdoor pool, and restaurants, including one on the roof. The site will also provide a two-story subterranean parking structure to accommodate guests.
Tustin, CA
Columbus Square is a 105-acre residential development located in Tustin, CA. TAIT was the Engineer of Record for the project, providing civil engineering services from start to finish.
Huntington Beach, CA
The Strand is an iconic development located across the street from the Huntington Beach Pier in Southern California. The development includes over 200,000 square feet of mixed-use space including a 152 room hotel, along with restaurant, retail, and office space. TAIT provided civil engineering services for the project which required redevelopment of a downtown two block area, a complete infrastructure rehabilitation, and extensive integration to the existing drainage system.
Hollywood, CA
Sunset Media Center is a 22-story high-rise near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street. TAIT is the civil engineer for this major site improvement project which is a collaborative effort to renovate the site’s lobby, common areas, and tenant office spaces, including energy efficiency upgrades. The largest office building in Hollywood, this center’s prime location and innovative improvements will make it a long-term valuable, prominent property.
Torrance, CA
The Del Amo Fashion Center is a two-level regional shopping mall in Torrance, CA. With over 200 stores, it is the largest mall in the South Bay. TAIT provided a variety of engineering and development services for Phase 1 of the project, as well as preliminary engineering design for a potential Phase 2 expansion.
Irvine, CA
Woodbury Towne Center is a premier 30 acre retail center located in Irvine, CA. TAIT was the civil engineer and provided a variety services for planning and development of the $39 million project.
Loveland, CO
The Rangeview Office Campus is a state of the art office building complex located in Loveland, CO. TAIT provided a full range of civil engineering services for the project. Rangeview Building III pursued LEED Silver Certification, and Rangeview Building IV is pursued LEED Gold Certification.
