Project Description
Located on the full city block just south of Sunset and Vine, Academy on Vine is a dynamic campus featuring a 23-story residential tower, three four-story creative office buildings, retail/restaurant space, a 40,000 sq. ft. market, and entertainment venues. The residential tower includes amenities such as a fitness center and swimming pools. TAIT is the civil engineer for this mixed use, expansive space.
