Once a newsroom, printing press, and distribution facility for the Los Angeles Times, The Press has been reimagined as a creative work campus. AIA California awarded Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects a Merit Award and an Honor Award by AIA Orange County for the reinvention of this design, “which celebrates the history and character of the industrial space,” reinforcing the idea of a historic ruin, reborn.
