Orange County, CA
Be Well Irvine
Irvine, CA
TAIT serves as the master civil engineer for a new behavioral health complex in Orange County, working alongside the County and design firm Gensler. The facility provides outpatient services, medical clinics, and community spaces for mental health education. The Irvine campus will feature 24 crisis stabilization beds, a 12-bed sobering station, and residential treatment for adolescents and women with young children.
Dana Point Harbor Redevelopment
Dana Point, CA
TAIT is the Master Engineer for the Dana Point Harbor Revitalization, a 276.8-acre project including the reconstruction of 12 buildings, new hotels, docks, boater services, and a parking structure. TAIT’s services include site planning, utility studies, construction phasing, hydrology, and surveying. Currently, the marina docks are being upgraded in 16 phases, with the commercial core slated for a six-phase construction starting Winter 2023. TAIT also supports entitlement efforts for the hotel area with the California Coastal Commission.
John Paul II High School
Johnstown, CO
TAIT is the Civil Engineer and Surveyor for a 44-acre, mutli-phased High School. The 1st Phase will include classrooms, gymnasium, chapel, and sports fields for up to 200 students. The project is being master planned for a total of 800 students.
Library Innovation Center – LINC
Greeley, CO
TAIT is the Civil Engineer for the 3.7-acre Library Innovation Center in the city of Greeley. Collaborating with BRS Architecture, the site—formerly the Greeley Tribune Building—was designed as the Library District’s flagship location, incorporating significant open space to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor areas.
Los Coyotes Country Club
Buena Park, CA
TAIT is the Master Civil Engineer for the 10-acre Villas at Los Coyotes residential community in Buena Park, CA. Located within the Los Coyotes Country Club, this exclusive development includes 80 condominiums, outdoor courtyards with fire pits, gathering spaces, and access to the golf course. TAIT provided civil engineering design services from concept to completion, supporting the McAuley/Brookfield team through entitlements, city approvals, and public outreach.
Quick Quack Carwash Program

Sacramento Bee Apartments
Sacramento, CA
TAIT Engineering is the Civil Engineer for the redevelopment of the former Sacramento Bee Newspaper property in Midtown Sacramento. The South Redevelopment project at 1801 21st Street will transform two large surface parking lots into eight multi-unit buildings, creating 48 new homes. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025, bringing new housing opportunities to the heart of Sacramento.
Shea Dyer Business Park
Santa Ana, CA
TAIT serves as the master civil engineer for the Shea Business Center, a 500,000 SF Class A industrial development on the former ITT site in Santa Ana. Opened in 2020, the center features nine buildings with dock-high and ground-level loading, ESFR sprinklers, and 28/30-foot clear heights. TAIT successfully rezoned the property for industrial use, overcoming environmental challenges.
