An experienced personnel will perform an onsite visit to the proposed charging locations to verify:

- ADA signage, Travel Path, and Slope Requirements
- Existing and Proposed Electrical Infrastructure

Pre-Construction Phase<span data-metadata="">
- Site Walk: Meet with the site host to verify existing conditions, requirements, and needs.
- Layout and Proposal: Provided a detailed presentation and pricing of the work to be performed.
- Utility Management: Advocate and negotiate the overall construction cost on your behalf.
- Engineering: Our multidisciplinary team will handle load calculations, civil and electrical layouts, and property boundaries.
- Permit Coordination: The TAIT Team applies for building, electrical, and other necessary permits.
- Rebates, Grants, Incentives: Assist in documenting and processing various local, state, and federal programs.
Construction Phase
- Civil Work: Establish underground trenches, directional bores, equipment foundations, and curbs,
sidewalks, and ramps. Ensure compliance with site re-
quirements, including ADA signage and striping. - Electrical Installation: Install and test all conduit and cabling systems, electrical and charging equipment, and ensure site connectivity.
Operational Phase
- Site Activation: Energize, inspect, and open sites to public.
- Maintenance: TAIT crews perform ongoing routine and
on-call maintenance for all installations.
