In 2023, TAIT presented a proposed design for the Sierra Madre Library, featuring an open and airy central space that reimagines traditional library architecture. The design aims to create an inviting and modern environment for the community.
Norco, CA
TAIT was tasked with designing a project that would incorporate a grocery retail anchor with adjacent retail shops and an outlying parcel for Taco Bell adjacent to residential properties. TAIT successfully designed and entitled the property, as well as prepared construction documentation and performed construction administration service for the entire project.
Newport Beach, CA
TAIT Architecture and Civil are collaborating with the City of Newport Beach on the 15th Street Restrooms replacement and boardwalk bike facilitation. Working closely with city officials, TAIT is designing solutions to enhance safety and create a more enjoyable experience for beachgoers.
Corona, CA
TAIT Architecture provided an assessment for the City of Corona to convert the 33,000 SF historic City Hall into a community center consisting of 4 buildings. TAIT worked with the Building and Fire Department to produce a series of building analysis that looked at exiting, analyzed occupany separation to divide the building into smaller areas to achieve the most cost effective approach.
Hollywood, CA
Located at 4905 West Hollywood Boulevard, this 2-story Orchard Supply Hardware Store (OSH) building includes approximately 36,840 square feet of space with a 5,000 square foot Garden Nursery. While the building seamlessly blends into the surrounding community, it still presents its own unique architectural elements. The minimal amount of space available for landscaping on site presented a notable challenge, for which a capture and reuse low impact development system had to be installed. TAIT provided entitlement and civil engineering services for the Hollywood site.

TAIT has been the Regional Core Contractor for over 120 new 7-Eleven sites in Southern & Northern California over the past year, providing a full range of Program Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Permitting & Entitlements services for each site from concept to completion.
Mission Viejo, CA
This project provided a 17,000 sq. ft. medical support facility building called Rancho Medical Plaza near the hospital in Mission Viejo, CA.
Corona, CA
This project consists of 6 freestanding retail structures of approximately 30,000 sq. ft. that was developed in conjunction with a multistory residential project. HC&D, a division of TAIT, was not part of the residential project, however we prepared the first floor retail space of approximately 22,000 sq.
Norco, CA
TAIT provided architecture services for Leaps and Bounds, a 21,182-square-foot pediatric therapy facility. Specializing in teaching motor skills to children with special needs, the facility stands out by incorporating equine-assisted therapy as part of its treatment approach.
Costa Mesa, CA
New Directions for Women is an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. drug and alcohol treatment campus for women. The Faith Building will have a total of 12 dorm rooms designed to accommodate 1 patient each along with her children, administrative staff, children’s day care and after school facilities, meeting rooms, and medical/consultation rooms.

HC&D, a division of TAIT, has provided architectural design for many restaurant retail rollout programs in California, including Farmer Boys, Taco Bell, and The Habit.
Various Locations, CA
The California Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is the staff agency of the Judicial Council, the policy-making body for the state court system. TAIT provides environmental compliance and construction support for AOC facilities throughout the state, including 58 Superior Court locations. Services include storage tank inspection, compliance testing, and construction. TAIT has also prepared Hazardous Materials Business Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans on behalf of AOC.

In the past several years, many 7 Eleven convenience stores began offering gas as a service line. TAIT, a vital member of 7 Eleven's new store development team, has provided the complete fuel system installation for a number of locations throughout the states of Texas and California.

The Ledgestone Hotel is a beautiful 88 room, 3 story structure set on a 6 acre site in Billings, MT. TAIT provided civil and structural design services for this 44,000 square foot project.
CA - Various Sites
ARCO gas stations, previously owned and operated by BP, recently underwent a major rehabilitation to their brand. TAIT has been providing BP with Enhanced Vapor Recovery Compliance Testing at over 400 sites throughout CA.
Los Angeles, CA
The CVS located at 3rd St. and La Brea in Los Angeles, CA pursued LEED Silver certification, and includes a rooftop parking structure. TAIT performed civil engineering, surveying, and program management services for the entire project
Laguna Beach, CA
The Laguna Beach Lifeguard Tower is an iconic structure that has served as a symbol of the city for years. TAIT was hired by the City of Laguna Beach to structurally renovate the tower and restore safe operational function after years of wear and tear.
