Dana Point Harbor Redevelopment

TAIT serves as the Master Engineer for the Dana Point Harbor Revitalization, a transformative 276.8-acre redevelopment effort. The project includes the reconstruction of 12 buildings, new hotels, upgraded docks, enhanced boater services, and a new parking structure. TAIT’s scope encompasses site planning, utility studies, construction phasing, hydrology, and surveying. The marina upgrades are progressing in multiple phases, and the commercial core is being redeveloped in a six-phase construction plan. TAIT is also actively supporting entitlement efforts for the hotel area in coordination with the California Coastal Commission.
