Judges for the PCBC 2021 Gold Nugget Awards have named TAIT & Associates, Inc as an award of merit winner in its annual competition, which honors architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout the united states and internationally.
TAIT as a member of the design team with TCA Architects, Inc. and DCI Engineers, earned its merit honors for The Mercy Placentia Veteran’s Village, which was honored for “best affordable housing community — 30 to 60 du/acre.”
“We are honored to receive this recognition, and are grateful that we are able to provide services which will have a lasting impact on communities, by providing much needed affordable housing for our State.” said Trevor Tait.
