El Segundo, CA
The DirecTV Campus in El Segundo, CA is a state of the art facility which features a number of plazas, courtyards, and even an outdoor Bocce Ball court. The office is home to 2,000 employees and is over 650,000 sq. ft. TAIT was the civil engineer for this major site improvement project which was a collaborative effort with Kilroy Realty Corporation.
Redlands, CA
The Redlands Packing House District is set to be a premiere shopping center at the entrance to downtown Redlands, CA. It is an 88,075 square-foot development featuring stylistically historic brick building packing house design with a variety of retail and restaurant tenants, including Sprouts Farmers Market as an anchor. The center is in close proximity to other main Redlands attractions, such as the up and coming Krikorian Theater. TAIT provided site, civil, and survey engineering for the District from concept to completion.
Orange, CA
St. Joseph Hospital in Orange County, CA is the 10th largest not-for-profit health system in the United States. Since 1993, TAIT has provided civil engineering and surveying services to large scale projects and upgrades on this state of the art facility.
Hollywood, CA
Located on the full city block just south of Sunset and Vine, Academy on Vine is a dynamic campus featuring a 23-story residential tower, three four-story creative office buildings, retail/restaurant space, a 40,000 sq. ft. market, and entertainment venues. The residential tower includes amenities such as a fitness center and swimming pools.
Eastvale, CA
Eastvale Marketplace, located at the northeast corner of Limonite and Summer Avenues in Eastvale, California, is a Smart & Final anchored shopping center. The Marketplace includes four pads and two multi-tenant shop buildings that will feature a mix of restaurants and service-oriented retailers. TAIT provided all civil engineering and surveying for this new city center.
Hollywood, CA
Sunset Media Center is a 22-story high-rise near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street. TAIT is the civil engineer for this major site improvement project which is a collaborative effort to renovate the site’s lobby, common areas, and tenant office spaces, including energy efficiency upgrades. The largest office building in Hollywood, this center’s prime location and innovative improvements will make it a long-term valuable, prominent property.
Sacramento, CA
The Plaza Lofts in Sacramento, CA is a 7-story mixed use development that encompasses half a city block in the downtown area. It includes underground parking, a retail space at street level, and residential housing above. TAIT provided all of the civil engineering services for the project.
Los Angeles, CA
TAIT was retained by Cedar-Sinai Medical Center to provide surveying and engineering services as part of the seismic upgrade to their SSB-3 West Lab in Los Angeles, California. Prior to the start of construction, the contractor needed an accurate survey of the existing improvements at the planned locations of the OXO frames that would provide seismic resistance to ground movement for the existing four story structure. TAIT’s two person survey crew collected data and took shots of the existing improvements that would interfere with the proposed construction. The information was then provided to the design team to make needed adjustments in placement of the caissons.
Newport Beach, CA
TAIT & Associates, Inc, Along with HKS, Inc., PlaceWorks, and Nexus Development, delivered a brand-new Luxury Senior Living Community in Newport Beach, CA. Providing individualized care and support for residents with cognitive impairment is essential for improving their quality of life and promoting their independence. The Vivante Community brings a caring culture that honors residents' life history, recognizes their strengths and challenges, and maintains their dignity. The project consisted of the demolition of the former Orange County Museum of Art buildings on a 2.91-acre site to accommodate the development of a 184,309-square-foot, six-story senior housing development (90 residential dwelling units) and memory care facility (27 beds).
