Huntington Beach, CA
The up and coming luxury hotel called Pasea Hotel & Spa is set to be a dominant attraction for tourists to Huntington Beach’s ocean view by the pier. Prepared by TAIT’s expert civil engineering design services, it will offer eight stories totaling in 250 rooms, all with views of the shore break, community event lawn, ballroom and meeting room space, a spa, outdoor pool, and restaurants, including one on the roof. The site will also provide a two-story subterranean parking structure to accommodate guests.
Mission Viejo, CA
Mission Hospital is a hospital in South Orange County that is leading the way in providing patients with the most advanced diagnostic care and treatment in the world. TAIT provided civil engineering design for the 13 acre medical center that consists of a 5-story medical office building, and a 7-story parking structure.
Eastvale, CA
Eastvale Marketplace, located at the northeast corner of Limonite and Summer Avenues in Eastvale, California, is a Smart & Final anchored shopping center. The Marketplace includes four pads and two multi-tenant shop buildings that will feature a mix of restaurants and service-oriented retailers. TAIT provided all civil engineering and surveying for this new city center.
Monterey Park, CA
TAIT designed a sprawling new 41 acre retail development within the City of Monterey Park, anchored by Home Depot and Costco. The design included slope stabilization, retaining wall design, street improvement design, utility installation, overall site development, and over 400,000 cubic yards of dirt removal and re-grading for this extensive construction.
La Habra, CA
Skylark offers contemporary three-story attached new homes in the northwest corner of Orange County. The new housing community features open-concept floorplans ranging from 1,970 to 2,121 square feet. The homes include spacious master suites with dual vanities, and main-level bedrooms with full baths. TAIT provided civil engineering and surveying for this new community from concept to completion.
Hollywood, CA
TAIT provided all site, civil and survey engineering for the Columbia Square complex in the heart of Hollywood. The development features a sleek new 20-story apartment tower. Taking over a historic site that used to be the radio and television studio home for CBS, the LEED Certified mixed use campus has 200 luxury residential units, as well as retail, creative office, studio and commercial office space.
Irvine, CA
Woodbury Towne Center is a premier 30 acre retail center located in Irvine, CA. TAIT was the civil engineer and provided a variety services for planning and development of the $39 million project.
Huntington Beach, CA
The Strand is an iconic development located across the street from the Huntington Beach Pier in Southern California. The development includes over 200,000 square feet of mixed-use space including a 152 room hotel, along with restaurant, retail, and office space. TAIT provided civil engineering services for the project which required redevelopment of a downtown two block area, a complete infrastructure rehabilitation, and extensive integration to the existing drainage system.
Sacramento, CA
The Plaza Lofts in Sacramento, CA is a 7-story mixed use development that encompasses half a city block in the downtown area. It includes underground parking, a retail space at street level, and residential housing above. TAIT provided all of the civil engineering services for the project.
