The Building Industry Association of Southern California’s (BIASC) 55+ Housing Council recently held the 21st annual 2015 SAGE Awards, where TAIT was honored to have one of their successful projects awarded: The Azulon at Mesa Verde. This premier 55+ senior apartment development won the Project of the Year award for the Age Qualified, Market Rate category. TAIT & Associates was the civil engineer of record for the 215-unit resort style oasis, completed in 2014 in Costa Mesa, CA.
“TAIT was proud to be the engineer for this innovative development. It is a project we are particularly proud of because we know it will have a tremendously positive impact on the community,” Rich Tait, President of TAIT, said of The Azulon.
The 7.5-acre campus features a saltwater spa, pool, gym and organic gardening beds, to name a few of the amenities. TAIT is happy to have been a part of creating this unique luxury residence for Orange County seniors, and we’re grateful for its recognition by the Housing Council.
