Here at TAIT we are passionate about designing infrastructure needed for clean water throughout the communities we serve. We’re proud to join forces with Wine To Water, a non-profit organization that transforms lives through the power of clean water in third world countries. While our engineers design pipelines to distribute clean water for our modern first world, Wine To Water brings water filtration systems to deliver clean water to people who would otherwise need to walk miles to reach it.
In October 2019 we held our very first Wine To Water Filter Build Program event that gave associates throughout our local and regional offices a team building activity with a big global impact. Doc Hendley, the Founder of Wine-to-Water, shared with us his personal journey of how the organization came to be and then taught us how to put together simple water filters that each provide up to 10 people with clean water for over 10 years. Thanks to Wine To Water, our efforts will directly reach more than 2,000 people with clean water in countries that need it most.
