The Orange County Register’s article predicts Tait’s Coyote Canyon Golf Course Development will be a greater success as the popularity of golf is growing, in large part due to 2020’s increase in outdoor recreation. The County’s 375-acre property intends to feature a top quality “links style” 18-hole golf course with ancillary uses in Newport Coast, CA. Tait Development is currently in the early entitlement phase and nearing the end of an extensive engineering and environmental due diligence process for the development.
“Our intention is to enhance the site, both environmentally and aesthetically, to be more consistent with the surrounding areas in Newport Coast,” Tait Development Managing Partner, Trevor Tait, says in the article. Tait is pleased to be working with the County and City on this highly anticipated addition to Orange County’s golf and outdoor recreation landscape.
