TAIT prepared construction document sets for bidding, permitting and construction uses. TAIT performed engineering & design tasks as required to remove two (2) existing fuel stations complete, including: two (2) 12,000 gallon and two (2) 10,000 gallon unleaded gasoline UST’s; dispensing equipment; two (2) canopies and fuel islands; monitor systems.
TAIT performed engineering design tasks as required to install new consolidated fuel station complete, including: two (2) 30,000 gallon gasoline UST’s; one (1) 12,000 diesel fuel UST; 34’ x 46’steel canopy; three (3) dispensers and associated equipment; fuel management system; tank and piping monitor system; and concrete fuel island/drive slabs.
Design tasks included: Conceptual fuel station design studies to determine final location and design requirements; pre-design site inspection with client; pre-design consultation with local permitting agencies; civil engineering including grading plan, storm water mitigation plans, and new driveway; development of new fuel station site plan in existing parking lot; equipment specs and details; electrical plans & details; canopy engineering and plans; CSI specifications; and demolition plans for two (2) existing fuel stations.
Additional services included: File for & obtain all appropriate local agency approvals/permits; construction over-site, inspections, and administration (construction has not commenced yet).
