Providing individualized care and support for residents with cognitive impairment is essential for improving their quality of life and promoting their independence. The Vivante Community brings a caring culture that honors residents’ life history, recognizes their strengths and challenges, and maintains their dignity.
The project consisted of the demolition of the former Orange County Museum of Art buildings on a 2.91-acre site to accommodate the development of a 184,309-square-foot, six-story senior housing development (90 residential dwelling units) and memory care facility (27 beds). TAIT provided all the Civil Engineering Services.
The community which opened recently, includes resident dining areas, a fitness room, a yoga room, an indoor pool, a lounge with a bowling alley, salon, art room, theater, library, golf simulator, and support uses such as offices, mechanical and storage rooms, mail room, laundry, and housekeeping.
