The Orcutt Union School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve a 99-year ground lease with TAIT & Associates to develop a senior living facility on 9.5 acres of the district’s surplus land in Orcutt, CA. The project will include 233 units of independent living, assisted-living and memory-care living, along with a community gathering center and a play-for-all park where children with disabilities will have access to meaningful play.
